Our aim is to keep you up to date about all precautions put in place to make your visit pleasant and safe as we start opening our showrooms.
You can now pop in and see us for a design consultation or just to have a browse in the following showrooms. If you'd rather talk to us remotely, our expert teams are available via video call, on the phone or through our online chat.
Social distancing signage and markers will be in place and we will be limiting the number of customers in a showroom at any one time, so you may need to wait a little longer than usual.
Hand sanitisers will be available for customers and staff and all high-contact surfaces will be regularly cleaned.
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday and our transport department will be in touch to confirm an estimated date of arrival. Currently, all deliveries over 50kg (including Fired Earth selected deliveries) will be made by courier between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and dropped as close as possible to the delivery address provided. Unfortunately, no allocated time slot is available for this service and is not suitable if you require assistance handling the goods into your property.
If you have goods to return that were purchased during lockdown and are under 50 kg in weight, please call ahead so we can make an appointment for you to come in and return them. We are not currenly able to accept any returns without prior appointment. We have extended our returns policy to 30 days after your local store re-opens. You are also able to return them to a store other than the one in which you bought them.
HOME DESIGN SERVICE
We are limited to amount of site visits that can be carried out but our designers are happy to offer online design consultations in-store or via services such as Skype/FaceTime etc and will be able to prepare mood boards and CAD drawings for you.
