Once your application has been approved, you’ll be able to view your pricing online via the Trade website. Discounts vary by tier and pricing is designed to support both residential designers and commercial procurement teams. If you’re working on a large-scale interiors project or require bulk volume discounting, please get in touch with commercial@firedearth.com and we would be happy to discuss your project further.

Delivery for main orders can be selected at checkout and is typically available within 3 working days. You can also choose a preferred delivery date up to 12 weeks in advance to suit your project timeline. Sample orders are delivered separately and typically take 5–7 working days.

Back ordering will be available soon for products that are temporarily out of stock, excluding clearance items. We'll share further details as soon as this feature launches.

Your sample allowance is determined by your Trade Programme tier and is reviewed quarterly. As your spend increases or decreases, your allowance may be adjusted accordingly.
